Saying Thank You!

Try saying “thank you” three times a day.  This will train your mind to look for things that you are grateful for, ultimately becoming aware of all the good in your life .As you begin to regularly thank people, your mindset will change.  Showing gratitude strengthens relationships, helps you make friends, and improves both your mental and physical health.


I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years working in Community mental Health. I currently Supervise the Behavioral Health Benefit for an insurance company. I speak publicly on issues that affect mental health in the workplace.
